Combined with a LoadMaster® 3600, allows the customer to easily and quickly prepare, manufacture and calibrate test quantities of bolts for development (typically 20 bolts calibrated and ready for test in less than an hour).

Enables rapid production of development i-Bolts for urgent development test programs, avoiding manufacturing and shipping delays when requirements for certified precision or long term survivability are not a priority.

With the LoadMaster® family of products, it is the ideal tool for qualifying production tightening methods in the lab and verifying their performance in actual production assemblies, the only true way of validating friction dependent methods such as torque, torque-angle and yield.

The LoadMaster’s flexible interface, including an analog load output with an update rate of 400Hz, makes it the perfect complement for Schatz advanced fastener torque-tension equipment and Zwick data analysis software
